Meet the Founder

James Prince founded Prince Estates with a clear and ambitious purpose: to create Mallorca’s most trusted boutique real estate agency, defined by professionalism, integrity and an exceptional level of client service. His vision is built on two core ideas: every client should feel fully supported and informed throughout their property journey, and every agent should have the environment and tools needed to perform at the highest standard.

 

James’ interest in property began long before his career officially started. Early exposure to renovation and development sparked a fascination that later became formalised through a Real Estate degree from the University of Reading, one of Europe’s most respected institutions in the field. This academic foundation, combined with hands-on mentorship, gave him a strong understanding of the principles that underpin successful real estate and development.

 

He began his professional journey in the West Midlands as a land buyer for a major UK housebuilder, where he developed strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to valuation and site acquisition. Wanting a more dynamic, international environment, James relocated to Mallorca, where he gained valuable experience working with a leading real estate agency and later with a respected property developer. These roles gave him a deep understanding of construction quality, architectural detail, buyer expectations and the pricing strategies that define long-term value in Mallorca’s market.
